Responsibilities

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Lead to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Employ advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, networking, and social media, to identify and engage candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive screenings to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and availability.
• Proactively reach out to passive candidates through personalized messaging and strategic networking.
• Analyze sourcing metrics and trends to provide insights for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Sourcer.
• Expertise in Boolean searches and networking techniques.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LI Recruiter or Workday.
• Experience identifying talent within the aerospace industry.
• Background in sourcing for Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems, Structural, or Manufacturing roles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders.
