Description

You will manage Statement of Work (SOW) processes and contingent labor requests within a procurement framework.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technology leaders to manage US and offshore labor requests for specific business technology areas.
• Maintain accuracy in the VMS database regarding contractor assignments, payment lines, and SOWs.
• Resolve inquiries from business stakeholders and suppliers concerning work orders, rates, timesheets, and project assignments.
• Create and manage projects and requisitions for both fixed price and time and materials engagements.
• Develop independent plans of action for review with management.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in a contingent labor program office, MSP provider, or procurement analyst role.
• Direct experience managing Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Proficiency using Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as Coupa, Beeline, Fieldglass, IQNavigator, or WAND.
• Experience with procurement analysis and contingent worker contract assignments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
