Description

You will build and maintain data processing applications using Apache Spark and Java Spring Boot microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Apache Spark, including Spark SQL, DataFrames, Datasets, and streaming.
• Build and manage microservices using Java Spring Boot.
• Implement data processing workflows within the Hadoop ecosystem and distributed systems.
• Work with streaming data platforms and cloud-native services.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Spark development or a related role.
• Strong programming proficiency in Java, Scala, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot and microservice architecture.
• Experience with MongoDB and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, preferably EKS.
• Experience with AWS services including S3, Lambda, Step Functions, AMQ, SNS, SQS, and CloudWatch Events.
• Understanding of big data processing tools and techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Apply TDD and ATDD practices to ensure code quality.
