You will build and optimize large-scale data processing applications using Scala and Spark.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize data pipelines using Spark and Scala.
• Manage distributed data processing tasks within Apache Hadoop environments.
• Implement real-time data streaming solutions using Kafka.
• Query and manage large datasets using Apache Hive and SQL.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Spark and Scala programming.
• Experience with Big Data technologies including Apache Hadoop.
• Hands-on work with Kafka for data streaming.
• Experience using Apache Hive for data warehousing.
• Strong understanding of RDBMS and SQL.
• Knowledge of JVM internals.
• Solid grasp of Object-oriented programming principles.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
