Description

You will serve as the subject matter expert for Apigee Hybrid and Apigee OPDK platform operations and implementation.

Manage and set up Apigee clusters distributed across multiple data centers. Analyze incidents and coordinate with application owners to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues. Lead root cause analysis sessions to prevent recurring production problems. Perform system health checks, monitor anomalies, and ensure adherence to SLAs. Support and train developer teams on Apigee platform usage and onboarding.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in API Management and Gateway operations.
• Expert-level knowledge of Apigee Hybrid and Apigee OPDK.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Proficiency in Ansible for automation.
• Strong Unix/Linux and Shell Scripting skills.
• Experience with high availability, load balancing, and failover configurations.
• Cloud experience with API Gateways and microservices, preferably AWS.
• Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and API Gateway patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD processes.
