You will design and implement modular, reusable test automation frameworks for AI-driven applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated testing tools tailored for continuous enhancement.
• Manage test environments and participate in chaos engineering and bug analysis.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor automation engineers across the global organization.
• Estimate environment budgets and maintain planning models to track automation ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality and automation standards.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of professional work experience.
• Proven experience as an Automation Architect designing modular testing solutions.
• Hands-on experience with UI and API automation using Playwright, Selenium, Java, or C#.NET.
• Proficiency with RestAssured, Kafka/Kinesis, and JMeter.
• Experience with BDD, Chaos, and Performance testing.
• Deep knowledge of designing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
• Experience managing the complete TDLC on cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices including Docker, Jenkins, and K8S.
• Strong technical presentation, ROI analysis, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of security scans and static analysis tools such as SonarQube, BlackDuck Hub, or Veracode.
• Experience with AWS.
