Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation through deep data analysis and stakeholder management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate conceptual needs into functional specifications for developers.
• Perform market, customer-centric, and deep-dive data analysis using segmentation and predictive modeling.
• Establish analytical frameworks by partnering with product and engineering teams to define KPIs and success metrics.
• Document business processes and prepare end-user documentation to drive feature adoption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis with a heavy focus on data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data mining and manipulation.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with Power Query.
• Experience with data visualization, segmentation, and predictive modeling.
• Strong background in requirement gathering and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience manipulating data from MySQL and Oracle databases.

Ability to work the 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM shift to support US operations.
