You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for AML product development, implementation, and rule definition.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document business and functional requirements for AML product development and implementation projects.
• Collaborate with design teams on AML product screens, workflow design, and customer-specific rule documentation.
• Perform gap analysis on AML products and solutions while maintaining awareness of regulatory updates.
• Conduct false positive analysis on matches to escalate based on internal policy and guidelines.
• Present AML products and solutions to stakeholders and perform competitive analysis.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of banking experience specifically within the AML domain.
• Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate certification.
• Hands-on experience with KYC processes, AML regulations, and transaction monitoring.
• Technical knowledge of AML Sanctions and ABC, including TF and PEP watch lists.
• Experience with Sanctions Screening and Financial Crime/Financial Risk management.
• Working knowledge of the FCA handbook and practical application of its requirements.
• Strong understanding of AML, KYC, and Financial Market terminology.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to research, analyze, and recommend solutions for discrepancies and open items.
• Ability to liaise with senior stakeholders and communicate complex requirements.
