Description

You will improve the reliability and availability of a large, regionally distributed SaaS platform's cloud-based services.

Responsibilities

• Build dashboards and metrics to provide observability into application health, including SLI/SLO metrics.
• Consult with development teams on SRE best practices and service reliability.
• Develop automation and tooling to reduce toil and manual intervention.
• Analyze data and performance to identify root causes during incident and problem management.
• Review peer work and document troubleshooting steps, processes, and audit remediation.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of programming or scripting experience in Go, Python, .NET (C#), or Node.
• 4+ years of experience in public or private cloud environments.
• 4+ years of SRE, DevOps, or Observability experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on AWS experience.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies, Jira, and GitHub.
• Experience with monitoring, automation, and dashboarding.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Kubernetes with certification.
• Experience with Grafana, Azure, or additional DevOps tooling.
