Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and integrate AWS services such as S3 and Lambda for cloud-based solutions.
• Implement and support Amazon Connect (AWS Contact Center) integrations for contact center capabilities.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs following industry best practices and design patterns.
• Contribute to full stack development activities, including backend and integration layers using Python where required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS services including S3, Lambda, and overall cloud architecture.
• Good understanding of Amazon Connect and contact center integrations.
• Solid knowledge of design patterns and RESTful API development.
• Exposure to full stack development concepts and ability to work across backend and integration layers.
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting or backend support.
• Familiarity with DynamoDB for NoSQL database handling is an added advantage.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
