Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and full-stack integrations using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS. You own the development lifecycle for contact center solutions and cloud-based applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and integrate AWS services, including S3 and Lambda, for cloud solutions.
• Implement Amazon Connect integrations for contact center capabilities.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs following industry best practices and design patterns.
• Contribute to full-stack development, including backend and integration layers using Python.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS services (S3, Lambda) and cloud architecture.
• Understanding of Amazon Connect and contact center integrations.
• Solid knowledge of design patterns and RESTful API development.
• Ability to work across backend and integration layers.
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting or backend support.
• Familiarity with DynamoDB for NoSQL database handling.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience.
