Description

You will manage and optimize complex cloud and on-premise infrastructure environments to ensure high service availability. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex technical trouble tickets and perform root cause analysis to implement permanent solutions for recurring issues.
• Execute change management processes, including reviewing and approving rollout and rollback plans to prevent unauthorized changes.
• Perform capacity planning and data management strategy to meet increasing infrastructure demands.
• Mentor new team members on customer infrastructure, processes, and technical workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional delivery towers and stakeholders to drive continuous service improvement and cost optimization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure services and technical troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and Unix operating systems.
• Strong scripting capabilities using Python and BASH.
• Working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Experience with SCCM for tool, software, and patch management.
• Ability to manage and query data using SQL.
• Deep understanding of ITIL practices, SLA adherence, and OLA management.
• Proven track record in incident, problem, and change management.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree in a relevant technical field.
