You will design, develop, and maintain software solutions while mentoring the team and ensuring high code quality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain code following engineering best practices and coding standards.
• Design Low-Level Design (LLD) architectures, including business components and data models.
• Create, review, and execute unit test cases to ensure high code coverage.
• Mentor developers, conduct peer reviews, and perform technical assessments for hiring.
• Investigate root causes of technical issues and implement long-term solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience with NoSQL and RDBMS/DBMS.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to perform technical evaluations and estimate project effort.
• Experience in designing LLD architecture and data models.
• Capability to conduct deep-dive project analysis and troubleshooting.
