Description

Lead technical development and architectural vision for enterprise applications while driving high-priority initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering meetings and maintain active relationships with Product Owners to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Own backlog items and coordinate with team members to deliver planned features within each sprint.
• Perform technical design reviews, code reviews, and peer reviews to ensure scalability and adherence to best practices.
• Prototype, develop, and troubleshoot software across both user interface and service layers.
• Mentor, lead, and guide the team on technical skills and software development standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Java/JEE development.
• Expertise in Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP web services, APIs, JSON payloads, and swagger profiles.
• Mandatory experience with Apache Beam.
• Proficiency in multi-tier architecture and application design using UML and Design Patterns.
• Experience with unit testing using JUnit or similar technologies.
• Practical knowledge of Agile and Scaled Agile development models.
• Experience using Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence.
• Ability to support QA teams with test plans, root cause analysis, and defect fixing.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience in GCP service development, including Cloud Composer, Dataflow, Dataproc, and Cloud Pub/Sub.
• Knowledge of Python scripting and DAG creation.
