Description

You will own the translation of complex business needs into functional specifications for the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Capture user needs and define product requirements, business workflows, and usability standards by engaging with internal and external users.
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring all non-functional requirements are documented in backlog planning.
• Partner with Product Managers to define scope, prioritize feature enhancements, and articulate the expected value of new capabilities.
• Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature refinement sessions, breaking down epics into actionable user stories.
• Validate product functionality against defined requirements during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and track resulting issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience configuring and utilizing the Salesforce platform.
• Direct experience with Conga CPQ and Conga CLM within contract lifecycle processes.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, user story creation, and backlog management using Jira.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into precise technical specifications.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a relevant field.
