You will translate complex business needs into functional specifications for the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Capture user needs and define product requirements, business workflows, and usability standards.
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, documenting non-functional requirements.
• Partner with Product Managers to define scope, prioritize enhancements, and articulate expected value.
• Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature refinement sessions.
• Validate product functionality against requirements during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Hands-on experience configuring and utilizing the Salesforce platform.
• Direct experience with Conga CPQ and Conga CLM within contract lifecycle processes.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, user story creation, and backlog management using Jira.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into precise technical specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
