Description

You will design, develop, and facilitate instructional material for internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop entry and advanced level course content in multiple modalities under tight deadlines.
• Utilize multimedia technology and authoring tools to promote interactivity and gamification.
• Conduct needs analysis, project management, and evaluation to ensure learning retention.
• Liaise with subject matter experts to gather, validate, and update content on an iterative basis.
• Facilitate and present training sessions for both employees and clients.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in instructional design with a focus on adult education.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Experience with Adobe Captivate, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong skills in project management and technical documentation.
• Ability to learn complex technical concepts through eLearning and hands-on experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Proven facilitation and communication skills for interacting with technical subject matter experts.
• Ability to deliver results under tight timelines and in ambiguous circumstances.

Preferred Skills

• Degree or diploma in Information Design, Instructional Design, Technical Writing, or Curriculum Development.
• Experience or interest in Financial Services.
• Related professional certification or designation.
