Description

You will lead performance testing efforts and provide technical guidance on application stability and speed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance bottleneck analysis across infrastructure, application, and system levels.
• Develop performance test strategies, including design, planning, workload modeling, and elicitation of non-functional requirements.
• Provide specific performance tuning recommendations based on profiling and monitoring data.
• Recommend test methodologies, approaches, and strategic directions to improve application performance.
• Manage direct communication and delivery in customer-facing environments.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in performance engineering.
• Hands-on experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, VSTS, or SOASTA.
• Proficiency in profiling and performance monitoring.
• Experience using monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Tivoli, or SiteScope.
• Experience with analytic tools like Omniture or Google Analytics.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to analyze system-level bottlenecks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java or C++.
• Mobile app development or mobile performance testing experience.
• Ecommerce performance testing background.
