You will lead performance testing and engineering efforts to optimize system stability and efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create performance test strategies, designs, and workload models based on non-functional requirements.
• Perform bottleneck analysis across infrastructure, application, and system levels.
• Provide actionable performance tuning recommendations to improve application speed and stability.
• Recommend test methodologies and strategic directions for improving overall application performance.
• Lead knowledge transfer initiatives and stay current with technical advancements.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, VTS, or SOASTA.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Tivoli, or SiteScope.
• Experience using analytic tools like Omniture or Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in Java and C++.
• Direct experience in customer-facing roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to articulate and present technical viewpoints on various technologies.
