Description

You provide tier 2 and tier 3 operational support for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability and resolving complex production issues.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 2 and tier 3 operational support for production ServiceNow applications and coordinate Problem Investigations.
• Partner with engineering teams for release support, including migrating update sets and configurations across environments.
• Manage environment activities for production and non-production instances, such as cloning, data migration, and configuration.
• Create or update Service Catalog Items to meet business requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Vendor support to execute operational production updates against documented requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow support resource.
• Demonstrable experience with ServiceNow, ITSM, CMDB, Portal, and Virtual Agent.
• Experience with Software Development, System Integration, ITIL, and SDLC.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience supporting Major and Critical Incident resolutions.
• Strong documentation skills for problem investigations and operational updates.
