Description

You will lead the design and implementation of products while ensuring technical specifications meet quality standards. You will spend approximately 85% of your time on direct development.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation and design tasks, collaborating with the Software Architect to define guidelines.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code for multi-tiered, service-oriented, and multi-tenant SaaS applications.
• Manage pull requests and engineering practices to maintain Continuous Integration and Delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers on coding patterns, best practices, and technical growth.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily status reporting.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise software.
• Hands-on coding expertise in Java.
• Expert-level experience with runtime frameworks such as Spring or Akka.
• Proficiency in development and deployment on Linux operating systems.
• Experience with SQL database development.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NoSQL databases.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or work item management via JIRA.
• Experience with public cloud infrastructure including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Engine.
