Description

Architect and develop contact center applications with a focus on routing algorithms and performance optimization.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement routing algorithms to optimize call flows and system performance.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions through system analysis and troubleshooting.
• Deliver maintainable code within an agile scrum environment and review team pull requests for security and quality.
• Monitor and optimize routing strategies and perform regular code refactoring to minimize regression risk.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of software development experience with extensive .NET and C# proficiency.
• Strong SQL skills, including implementing stored procedures on SQL Server.
• Proven experience developing with REST APIs and Microservices architectures.
• Deep understanding and implementation of design patterns.
• Experience with Continuous Integration workflows using JIRA, Bamboo, and Bitbucket.
• Professional English communication skills for international team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
