Description

You will be a core member of an Agile team driving user story analysis, design, and development of responsive web applications using JavaScript with a strong emphasis on React.

Responsibilities

• Build reusable, cross-platform components and frontend libraries for future use.
• Perform hands-on software development, spending 50–60% of time writing code, unit tests, doing PoCs, and conducting code reviews.
• Perform ongoing code refactoring, using visualization techniques to fast-track concepts and drive continuous improvement.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, optimized web applications by integrating backend services.
• Collaborate with product managers and backend engineers to implement versatile solutions to complex web development problems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with React and JavaScript, demonstrating strong JavaScript knowledge.
• 5 years of experience building adaptive and responsive UI applications.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, React, and Redux.
• 5 years of hands-on experience with React, including recent work in ES6.
• Solid understanding of JSON schemas and RESTful APIs.
• 5 years of experience applying Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices.
• Experience with frontend tools like Babel, Webpack, NPM, and Yarn.
• Familiarity with Server-Side Rendering in JavaScript.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
