Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, code, verify, test, document, amend and refactor moderately complex applications and software configurations for deployment in collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams across various regions worldwide.
• Support in developing or updating configurations in ServiceNow to improve Instance Health Score across User Experience, Upgradability, Security, Manageability and Performance.
• Support the ServiceNow platform team and business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications and functional requirements for ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems and third-party applications and manage data migration tasks when required.
• Support development of custom reports, performance analytics, and executive dashboards in ServiceNow to provide real-time insights into service performance and key metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, tools, and best practices for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Apply DevOps concepts of continuous integration and continuous delivery to ServiceNow based solutions for their end-to-end deployment.
• Maintain comprehensive SDLC and technical documentation for all ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and developments.
• Publish standards in support of Federated Development and contribute towards community of practice for knowledge sharing.

Experience Required: 5+ years of working experience as a ServiceNow Developer and/or Engineer preferably with core Platform areas.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any Technology stream
