Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and configurations, ensuring high instance health across user experience, security, and performance. You will translate business needs into technical specifications, integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, and manage data migration tasks.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and code moderately complex applications, custom reports, and executive dashboards for real-time service insights.
• Develop and update ServiceNow configurations to improve Instance Health Score metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems and manage data migrations.
• Apply DevOps concepts for continuous integration and delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive SDLC documentation and publish standards for federated development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Engineer.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and system integration.
• Experience with software development, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Knowledge of system design and application development best practices.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Admin (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, data engineering, and data visualization.
• Background in multi-management environments.
