Responsibilities

• Identify and track vendor KPIs against daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Build KPI dashboards, reports, and presentations to drive month-over-month business goals.
• Develop productivity, profitability, and performance insights to anticipate market challenges.
• Execute strategic plans for vendor retention, reactivation, and engagement.
• Collaborate across teams to eliminate unnecessary processes and improve the vendor experience.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of professional working experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in a quantitative field like math, statistics, or data science.
• Experience developing KPI dashboards and reporting tools.
• Proven ability to execute strategic plans for vendor retention and reactivation.
• Strong stakeholder management and consensus-building skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable ideas.
• Project management expertise with a bias toward action and execution.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Experience in high-growth operations or startup environments.
• Background working within the technology industry.
