Description

You will lead Agile project delivery and manage end-to-end Scrum processes for application development and maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Manage backlogs and active sprints using DevOps and Jira.
• Execute defect management protocols within active sprints.
• Perform customer journey and story mapping to guide development.
• Apply structured methodologies for the design, implementation, and maintenance of applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Certified Scrum Master or demonstrated experience managing Scrum projects in sprints.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Public Sector Foundations development and analysis.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Project, Visio, and Microsoft Office.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps and Jira for backlog and defect management.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Agile Coach or Lean Six Sigma (Black, Green, or Yellow Belt) certifications.
