You will advise clients on IT strategy to optimize I&IT systems and meet business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on IT solutions to solve business problems and enhance IT enablement.
• Define project scope, analyze I&IT requirements, and determine hardware/software needs.
• Design, test, install, and monitor new systems, developing implementation solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and implementation plans with clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage risks and issues during solution design.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience in multiple large-scale Oracle data masking and sub-setting projects.
• Experience utilizing the Oracle Data masking and sub-setting pack via OEM.
• Expert level knowledge in best practices for enterprise data masking implementation.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for Oracle databases.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Database 19c architecture and performance optimization on Exadata.
• Experience with Oracle Data, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Exadata, EBS, and WebLogic.
• Familiarity with change-management principles and Agile development environments.
