Description

Manage large enterprise Splunk infrastructure and lead a team of 3 to 5 administrators.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Splunk enterprise components (forwarders, search heads, indexers, deployment managers, license masters) on RHEL in cloud environments.
• Manage data injection, app deployment, and promote developer changes through SDLC into production.
• Create reports and dashboards while managing Splunk access according to security requirements.
• Monitor system health, maintain availability, troubleshoot issues, and identify improvement areas.
• Establish best practices, standards, and maintain system configuration documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Splunk administration.
• Expertise with Splunk components and Universal Forwarders.
• Experience managing and migrating Splunk in containers.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud environments.
• Experience working within Waterfall and Agile SDLC frameworks.
• Ability to manage and oversee a team of 3 to 5 admins.
• Knowledge of Active Directory integration.
