Description

You will manage Splunk core and ITSI implementations within complex, high-availability environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and administer Splunk core and ITSI solutions.
• Integrate Splunk with monitoring tools including SCOM, CAUIM, and SolarWinds.
• Develop Splunk dashboards and manage incident and problem management workflows.
• Resolve tickets independently to meet SLAs and support on-call escalations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Splunk core and ITSI implementation.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Perl, and Shell/VB scripting.
• Experience with REST, web services, XML, and JSON interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with UNIX and Windows operating systems.
• Proven track record with monitoring solutions for storage, backup, server, network, or APM.
• Experience configuring high availability in complex environments.
• Ability to perform Splunk dashboard development.
