Description

You will manage and develop Splunk environments while supporting technical staff through mentorship. You will own the release and monitoring lifecycle, ensuring system stability and security.

Responsibilities

• Perform Splunk administration and development tasks to maintain environment health.
• Mentor technical staff to support Splunk-related activities and best practices.
• Manage application monitoring and event management processes for operational visibility.
• Administer Linux and AWS cloud environments to support infrastructure needs.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of Splunk administration and development experience.
• 3+ years of experience with DevOps tools including Ansible, Git, Terraform, and Docker.
• Proficiency with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments.
• Working knowledge of Python and Shell scripting.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and Git usage.
• Competency with UNIX command line.
• Foundational knowledge of IT fundamentals.

Preferred Skills

• Splunk Certified Administrator, Architect, or other Splunk certifications.
• Linux administration expertise.
