Description

You will administer and manage Splunk deployments across Enterprise and Cloud environments, ensuring system health and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ITSM services, KPIs, and service health dashboards.
• Create advanced SPL queries, dashboards, alerts, and correlation searches.
• Integrate Splunk with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and third-party tools.
• Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and health checks of Splunk infrastructure.
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce Splunk best practices and governance.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of relevant experience with Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud.
• Hands-on experience administering Splunk deployments (Enterprise & Cloud).
• Experience onboarding data from syslog, REST APIs, cloud services, and containers.
• Proficiency in SPL, Python, Shell scripting, and Splunk SDKs.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools including Git, Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Experience integrating with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Minimum 2 years of Information Technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
