Description

Manage monitoring infrastructure and provide L2 support within a rotation shift model.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage infrastructure to ensure performance, security, and scalability.
• Drive major incident calls involving multiple teams to resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify application bottlenecks and production defects.
• Troubleshoot ordering journey issues on the UI and website through analytical investigation.
• Implement and maintain version control, configuration management, and DevOps technologies.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of experience in L2 support operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Splunk monitoring.
• Strong hands-on experience with DataDog monitoring.
• Analytical troubleshooting skills for web-based user journeys.
• Ability to work in rotation shifts.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• AWS cloud platform experience including EKS, CloudWatch, Lambda, and Microservices.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Background in Telecom domain or billing applications such as ICOMS, CSG, or AMDOCS.
