Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance Splunk dashboards for clear operational visibility.
• Monitor and report on ITSM, Asset, and KPI metrics.
• Integrate project plans into existing operational workflows.
• Manage Asset data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Track performance indicators and generate relevant reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical analyst role.
• Active Splunk certification.
• Proficiency in Splunk dashboard management and enhancement.
• Experience with ITSM processes and workflows.
• Experience managing Asset data.
• Experience tracking and reporting on KPIs.
• Strong project management skills.
