Description

Manage and maintain Splunk and Dynatrace environments while leading a support team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the Splunk environment, including indexers, forwarders, search heads, and other components.
• Design, implement, and support Splunk solutions to address business requirements and use cases.
• Manage data onboarding, field extractions, and search optimization for all data sources.
• Oversee Splunk infrastructure, addressing performance issues, log feed problems, and capacity planning.
• Lead the support team by managing day-to-day operations and driving continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 7 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure or monitoring.
• Expert Splunk administration and environment management.
• Dynatrace administration and monitoring capabilities.
• Infrastructure management and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience configuring role-based access controls and security measures.
• Ability to design production-quality dashboards and reports.
• Strong technical leadership and communication skills for team management.
