Description

You will design and architect enterprise monitoring, management, automation, and analytics solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design centralized visualization solutions to consolidate health results from multiple monitoring tools for executive views.
• Build and architect CI/CD pipelines to automate the release, testing, and deployment lifecycle of monitoring and automation solutions.
• Identify business requirements and conduct product recommendations for software, platform, and network configurations using TOGAF frameworks.
• Evaluate emerging open-source technologies against licensed enterprise tools to assess cost, portability, and usability.
• Develop runbook automation and orchestration solutions for ITIL processes including event, incident, and change management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in architecture or related engineering roles.
• Deep expertise with Dynatrace, including API usage, ActiveGate Extensions, and the SLO module.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and metric manipulation.
• Experience building Dynatrace Extensions and managing custom metrics.
• Strong knowledge of Git for source control.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible for automation.
• Ability to work with APIs to pull and push metrics.
• Experience with Docker for containerization.
• Competency in Selenium for testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AIOps capabilities and Elastic stack.
• Knowledge of Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
