Description

You will act as a Business Analyst specializing in Splunk and Identity and Access Management (IAM) to support federal clients in mitigating digital identity risks.

Responsibilities

• Install, integrate, and maintain IAM products including SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, or ForgeRock within client environments.
• Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks alongside internal controls to improve risk mitigation.
• Communicate technical and functional IAM aspects of production support and maintenance to resolve technical situations.
• Facilitate the use of technology-based tools and methodologies to review, design, and implement products and services.
• Collaborate within a distributed team environment to support IAM applications across multiple locations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk.
• Experience with SailPoint.
• Experience with CyberArk.
• Experience with Okta.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) programs and privileged access management.
• Ability to support a flexible work schedule, including occasional nights and weekends.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ForgeRock.
