Description

You will serve as a technical expert focused on Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) and infrastructure management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement monitoring solutions using Splunk ITSI.
• Identify and resolve complex infrastructure issues through deep analytical investigation.
• Align IT infrastructure strategy with defined business objectives.
• Train and mentor junior team members on technical workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain industry standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Splunk Certified IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) Administrator certification.
• Expertise in Splunk and Splunk ITSI.
• Proven ability to manage and optimize IT infrastructure.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in strategic IT planning.
• Degree in any field.
