Description

You will own the monitoring and alerting infrastructure, leveraging Splunk and Orion to ensure system reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement monitoring and alerting workflows across the infrastructure.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline monitoring tasks and reduce manual intervention.
• Analyze system data to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Apply monitoring best practices to improve observability and incident response.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in monitoring and alerting systems.
• Expert-level proficiency with Splunk for data ingestion, search, and alerting.
• Strong proficiency with Orion for network and system monitoring.
• Advanced scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
• Deep understanding of monitoring tools, architectures, and methodologies.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities for root cause analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud monitoring tools and platforms.
