Description

You will design, build, and maintain Splunk dashboards, monitoring tools, and deployment standards. You own the full lifecycle from parsing and indexing logic to alert integration and support documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Splunk dashboards and Monitoring UI platforms.
• Configure Splunk Forwarders and manage deployment across Windows and Linux environments.
• Parse, index, and search log data to drive actionable insights.
• Integrate new and existing data center alerts into the monitoring interface.
• Create and maintain support documentation, SOPs, and manage offshore team deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Splunk platform administration and development.
• Proficiency in Splunk Dashboard creation, SPL search processing language, and indexing concepts.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash for automation and data processing.
• Experience with Splunk Monitoring Console, Deployment Server, and Splunk standards.
• Proficient in SQL, SSRS report generation, and SQL Agent Jobs.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows OS environments.
• Familiarity with Jira and test management tools for requirement gathering and tracking.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing offshore teams and handling project deliveries.
• Background in requirement gathering and solution planning.
