Description

You will design, configure, and maintain Splunk Cloud environments and data pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Splunk Cloud components including indexers, search heads, forwarders, and deployment servers.
• Set up data inputs, sourcetypes, and source configurations for log data ingestion.
• Manage Cribl LogStream instances for routing, transformation, and enrichment of log data.
• Develop custom solutions using Python scripting for automation and data manipulation.
• Optimize searches, dashboards, and alerts within the Splunk environment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Splunk development and administration.
• Hands-on expertise with Splunk Cloud.
• Proficiency in Cribl LogStream.
• Strong Python scripting skills for integration and automation.
• Advanced knowledge of Splunk SPL and search optimization.
• Deep understanding of log management and SIEM concepts.
• Experience configuring data sources and ingestion workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Splunk Certified Developer certification.
• Splunk Certified Architect certification.
