Description

You will design, program, and test software components within a SCRUM team to support data analysis and reporting functionality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create Splunk dashboards and custom applications.
• Onboard data from diverse sources including JSON, XML, syslog, and errorlog files.
• Transform raw, unstructured data into processed, actionable information.
• Collaborate with architects, testers, and end users to formulate technical requirements.
• Design and test software based on specific design concepts and requirement sets.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Splunk, including dashboard and app development.
• Strong understanding of source interfaces for Splunk.
• Experience with Splunk architecture, covering both on-premise and cloud-based deployments.
• Working knowledge of Java.
• Knowledge of Kafka.
• Experience with JSON and XML data formats.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IoT edge environments.
