Description

Design and maintain Splunk dashboards, reports, alerts, and visualizations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and normalize data sources aligned with Splunk CIM standards.
• Develop and optimize complex SPL queries for performance and accuracy.
• Integrate data using Splunk DB Connect, SQL queries, and REST APIs.
• Build custom Splunk apps and add-ons.
• Automate tasks using Python or shell scripting.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on Splunk development.
• Advanced knowledge of Splunk Enterprise and SPL.
• Experience with CIM, DB Connect, APIs, and scripting (Python/Shell).
• Ability to maintain clear technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Splunk certifications (Admin, Developer, Architect).
• Experience with Splunk ES, ITSI, or Observability Cloud.
• Platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
