Description

Build and maintain security automations using Splunk SOAR, owning the full lifecycle from requirements to maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver reusable security automations and orchestration playbooks.
• Write, debug, and tune complex orchestrations for reliable security automation.
• Integrate third-party services by reviewing API documentation and connecting to the SOAR platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with security goals.
• Create detailed technical documentation and adhere to enterprise change management processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in software development or security engineering.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Splunk SOAR or Phantom.
• 2+ years of experience using Splunk for data analysis and passing data to SOAR.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and orchestration tasks.
• Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Git version control.
• Strong understanding of IT security concepts and practices.
• Ability to debug, diagnose, and optimize complex orchestration workflows.
