job responsibilities include:
Manage and expand the Splunk environment to ensure performance, scalability, and sustainability.
Design and implement system architecture for Splunk deployments across the enterprise.
Develop and maintain automation tools for CI/CD workflows using tools like Terraform, OpenShift, and Bitbucket.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate automation tools into the software development lifecycle.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Splunk infrastructure and automation tools.
Optimize Splunk performance through continuous monitoring and improvements.
Maintain and update documentation for automation tools, processes, and Splunk systems.
Work with infrastructure teams to integrate automation tools with relevant infrastructure components.
Support Level 3 escalations and troubleshoot complex issues related to Splunk functionality.
Required Qualifications:
BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
5+ years of expert-level experience as a Splunk Architect.
Experience with search head and indexer clustering topology.
Strong hands-on experience with shell scripting and Linux/Windows system administration
