Description

Design, implement, and manage Splunk Enterprise and ITSI within an integration project involving Prometheus.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure Splunk Enterprise and ITSI to define services, KPIs, and correlation searches using optical device telemetry.
• Implement data ingestion from Prometheus via Splunk Connect for Kubernetes, HTTP Event Collector, or Splunk Add-on for Prometheus.
• Develop automated workflows to generate Salesforce tickets from Splunk Notable Events.
• Integrate Splunk with CouchDB for data enrichment and EMS/NMS applications via REST API or Webhooks.
• Deploy Splunk components using GitHub and GKE automated pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Splunk Enterprise and Splunk ITSI.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and GKE.
• Proficiency with REST API and Webhooks for system integration.
• Experience configuring KPIs and correlation searches.
• Knowledge of GitHub for automated deployment pipelines.
• Ability to manage data ingestion via HEC or Splunk Connect for Kubernetes.
• Experience with SSO/LDAP for access management.
