Description

You will manage and optimize Splunk environments, focusing on Enterprise Security, data onboarding, and content development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute data onboarding activities, including custom parsing rules and building custom Technology Add-Ons aligned with the Common Information Model.
• Develop custom Splunk content such as scheduled searches, reports, and dashboards.
• Manage Splunk knowledge objects, including field extractions, macros, event types, and data models.
• Administer Linux servers via the command line and manage configuration files.
• Support data transformation and onboarding through technical development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Splunk engineering.
• Deep expertise in Splunk Enterprise Security.
• Proficiency in SPL and dashboard development.
• Experience with accelerated searches and knowledge objects.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka Connect and HTTP Event Collector.
• Strong Linux system administration and engineering skills.
• Proficiency in Python, Linux shell scripting, and Regex.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HTTP Event Collector integration patterns.
