Description

You will own the development and maintenance of enterprise monitoring and observability solutions using Splunk ITSI.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build dashboards, alerts, and KPIs using Splunk ITSI to drive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and design monitoring solutions.
• Develop custom dashboards using XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Manage knowledge objects, including macros, event types, and field extractions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with Splunk Enterprise and Splunk ITSI.
• Strong knowledge of Splunk Search Language and regular expressions.
• Experience building glass tables, KPIs, and alerts in ITSI.
• Proficiency in scripting languages: Bash, Python, PowerShell, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience administering Linux and Windows Servers.
• Experience with custom dashboard development (Simple/Advanced XML, HTML, CSS).
• Ability to work with stakeholders on requirements gathering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing statistical and ML-driven anomaly detection dashboards.
• Familiarity with automation and templating dashboards at scale.
