Description

You will design, deploy, and optimize Splunk ITSI environments for proactive incident management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Splunk ITSI dashboards, services, glass tables, and KPIs.
• Implement service decomposition, health score calculations, and correlation searches.
• Integrate Splunk ITSI with ServiceNow, Dynatrace, and AppDynamics.
• Develop Notable Events, Episodes, and alerts for proactive incident management.
• Perform data onboarding and normalization for logs, metrics, and events.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Splunk, including 1+ years specifically with Splunk ITSI.
• Strong proficiency in Splunk SPL, data models, macros, and correlation searches.
• Experience with IT operations monitoring, incident management, and service modeling.
• Ability to integrate ITSI with external tools and APIs.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud-based Splunk deployments.

Preferred Skills

• Splunk certifications such as Core Certified Power User or ITSI Certified Admin.
• Experience with Splunk Enterprise Security (ES), Observability Suite, or UBA.
• Scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
