Description

You will design, implement, and maintain Splunk ITSI environments to support IT operations monitoring across multiple data centers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Splunk Enterprise and ITSI infrastructure for high availability.
• Develop and maintain glass tables, dashboards, alerts, reports, and KPIs within Splunk ITSI.
• Integrate Splunk with various data sources and security tools to enhance monitoring capabilities.
• Optimize Splunk performance by configuring indexing and search activities across different machines.
• Analyze large volumes of machine-generated data and develop visualizations using statistical behavior models and machine learning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Splunk environments.
• Extensive experience with Splunk Enterprise.
• Deep expertise in Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI).
• Experience gathering requirements to develop scope and design for new content.
• Ability to interpret machine-generated data through statistical modeling.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on cloud integration and application modernization.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with machine learning in Splunk.
• Knowledge of multi-datacenter HA configurations.
